Alpha associates acquire the fundamental skills needed to succeed as commercial real estate agents. The position places a strong emphasis on honing skills in cold contacting and prospecting, financial underwriting, retail property marketing, CRM, and database administration—all in a cooperative team setting backed by organized training, role plays, and active coaching.
This is a commission-based, performance-driven position with limitless earning potential. Candidates who are results-driven, extremely coachable, and fiercely competitive will succeed.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Enroll in Alpha’s Mentorship Program, which is designed to help motivated people become top-tier retail and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Pitch, cold call, and prospect retail investment properties to investors and purchasers in all markets.
  • To find and verify property owners, investigate rivals, pull comparisons, and produce qualified leads, use Alpha’s exclusive platform and top industry tools.
  • Develop practical transaction skills by helping senior advisors with underwriting, investment proposals, and Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs).
  • Ensure that all client and prospecting activities are meticulously documented in Alpha’s common database and CRM.
  • To keep improving, actively participate in all team meetings, training sessions, and advisor role plays.
  • Establish enduring, trustworthy connections with retail property owners such that you are their first and only contact.
