Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Requirements: 6 months of experience in clerical-related tasks at Walmart Logistics (such as filing and data entry) using computer programs (such as email, spreadsheets, and word processing) OR 1 year of experience in clerical-related tasks (such as filing and data entry) using computer programs (such as email, spreadsheets, and word processing) OR 1 year of coursework in a human resource-related field (such as business management or human resources) AND 1 year of experience in human resource activities (such as payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, and OSHA) AND 1 year of experience in human resources
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Microsoft Office, Benefits, Clerical, Compensation, Customer Service, Financial Reporting, Human Resources, and Departmental Payroll Management
