You will have the chance, stability, and support of a Fortune 500 leader at Thrivent. We provide up to 14 weeks of paid coaching and training while you finish Thrivent’s extensive advisor onboarding program, get your state insurance licenses (life, health, and variable contracts), and register for Series 7 and 66. You will have control over your income after onboarding because commissions and incentives will be used to pay you.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelor’s degree or experience that is comparable. Veterans of the armed forces are urged to apply.
- Prior to contracting, FINRA SIE, life, and health licenses must be obtained (licensed position only).
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprints, securities registration, and, if relevant.
- Confirmation of an insurance license
- Self-reliant, disciplined, and motivated to achieve.
- Inspired by assisting others and witnessing their success.
- A natural mentor or coach with excellent people abilities.
- Enthusiastic about serving people rather than merely selling goods in order to live a life of generosity.
- A wide range of professional backgrounds, including outside sales, company management, education, ministry, hospitality, the military, and more, have produced successful Thrivent financial advisors. The financial adviser position is a good fit for the skills developed in these areas.
