We are looking for a Principal AI Solutions Architect to be our most senior technical IC within a certain industry vertical, such as financial services, healthcare, private equity, retail, or media. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who designs AI solutions, leads challenging technical engagements, and becomes the go-to person when clients have a difficult challenge.

The ideal candidate follows a career path similar to that of our current senior technical leaders, beginning with hands-on data engineering and cloud architecture and progressing to AI/ML solution design before evolving into a strategic, client-facing technologist capable of working deeply with engineering teams and broadly with executive stakeholders. Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

Passionate in products, companies, fashion, and trends
A four-year college degree or similar is preferable.
Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to interact at any level.
Demonstrated capacity to drive sales success in a high-sales-volume environment.
Excellent time management abilities.
Ability to interpret all policies and procedures to address concerns with customers and associates.
Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight stays may be required).
Proficient in mathematics and has great computer abilities.
A minimum of five years of retail experience is required, with a proven ability to achieve sales results.
A minimum of two years’ retail management experience is necessary.

Role and Responsibilities:

Prioritizes and delegates duties to meet all selling, visual, and operational requirements.
Improves product confidence by establishing accountability and expertise through the use of basic and seasonal instructional materials.
Supports and implements all product, visual, and marketing directives while adhering to the company standards.
To maximize the consumer experience, keep the store and stockroom clean, well-organized, and refilled, and promote a safe working and shopping environment.
Anticipates and determines client wants, then “solves for yes” to assure customer pleasure.
Creates a setting that provides an engaging, enjoyable, and authentic selling experience to guarantee customers return to the store.
Accountable to self and others for meeting all corporate sales, metrics, and operational objectives.
Understands important business statistics and payroll tools to review and urgently communicate action plans to drive top-line and expense performance.
Creates shortage action plans to reduce loss and accomplish the shrinkage objective.
Drives and implements all digital sales initiatives, including ship-from-store and BOPIS within the shop.
Communicates store and consumer feedback to the district or market manager to help expand the business.
Consistently coaches management and associate teams to achieve alignment and motivation around the company’s plans and goals.
Accountable for managing underperforming members of his/her team by partnering with their supervisor and, when necessary, HR.
Reflects the PacSun brand by displaying love and affection for goods, brands, fashion, and trends.

Physical requirements:

The physical demands stated here are typical of those required for an associate to successfully execute the primary responsibilities of this work.
The associate is required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds on a regular basis and 35 pounds on occasion.
The associate must regularly sit or stand for extended amounts of time and climb ladders as needed.
While performing the duties of this position, the associate is frequently expected to speak or listen. The associate is regularly needed to sit, stand, stroll, finger, handle, feel with their hands, and reach, twist, or crouch.
Ability to move throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and office spaces.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This role is full-time. As a national retailer, you must be flexible with your work schedule (able to work weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods).
