We are searching for an aggressive and organized Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite at our headquarters in San Mateo, California. This is an ideal position for a fresh graduate or someone wishing to start their career in People Operations. Your major duty will be to serve as the “Face of Skydio” for our applicants, overseeing their onsite experience, organizing interviews, and making them feel welcome. You will learn the ins and outs of recruiting tools like as Ashby and Workday while assisting with university recruitment events and internship programs.

Recruiting Operations at Skydio is to provide operational excellence and support to the Recruiting team and cross-functional stakeholders, allowing them to hire efficiently and effectively while providing a beautiful and personal experience for our applicants and hiring teams.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

Ability to work in-person at our San Mateo headquarters 4-5 days a week.
0-1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, event organizing, student groups, Resident Advisors (RAs), or customer service expertise are all beneficial!)
You are hyper-organized and pay close attention to detail—you adore a checked-off to-do list.
You have a “customer obsession” approach and truly enjoy making people feel comfortable and respected.
You are technologically knowledgeable and keen to quickly grasp new software platforms (Ashby, G-Suite, Workday).
You are a clear communicator who isn’t hesitant to ask questions when you encounter an obstacle.
You are delighted to start your career at a fast-paced, high-tech company that is developing the future of aviation.

Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for applicants from many departments.
Greet candidates on-site at our headquarters, provide office tours, and create a warm, welcoming environment.
Collaborate with the university. The recruiting team will help plan campus activities, career fairs, and intern onboarding.
Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to guarantee that no candidate falls through the cracks.
Assist the larger People team with ad hoc tasks such as employer branding, swag management, and event planning.
Learn how to discover scheduling difficulties and proactively solve puzzles to keep the hiring process moving quickly.

Compensation:

Skydio’s remuneration packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, stock options, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation will vary depending on aspects such as skill level, proficiency, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be available for suitable positions. The yearly basic compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000*. Fundamentally, we think that equity is the key to long-term financial prosperity, and we ensure that all regular, full-time employees may benefit considerably from the company’s success.
