Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria 

• Mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Four or more years of work experience.
• Experience in aerospace would be advantageous.
• Strong familiarity with high-quality instruments used in the field.
• Quantitative and analytical methods for resolving issues.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The capacity to identify issues, gather information, prove facts, and reach reliable conclusions.
• The capacity to read and comprehend a wide range of quality manuals, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• The ability to program CMM is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
• Expertise in an established ERP system.
• Be at ease using third-party online portals.
• Identify issues, find solutions, disclose losses, and make ongoing improvements.
• Create and put into practice procedures for testing, inspection, process control, and process improvement.
• Create, implement, and evaluate quality-reporting metrics.
• Examine the customer’s drawing and requirements, then create a high-quality plan.
• Take part in quality audits both internally and externally.
• Getting Ready for an Aerospace Customer’s Source Inspection.
• Examine and prepare the NCR/SRD with the client.
• Create an NPI Inspection Plan.
• For quality issues, collaborate with the supplier.
• Revise the quality work instruction.
• Teach the inspector team to meet the needs of particular customers.
