As a Contract Specialist, you will be essential to making sure that agreements that are essential to our business operations are carefully managed and carried out. Among your responsibilities will be contract review and drafting as well as upholding regulatory standards. Your knowledge will be essential to protecting the interests of our company and enabling smooth agreements and transactions.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria 

• Demonstrated expertise in procurement, consultant agreement evaluation, proposal writing, contract administration, or a similar field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as the capacity to decipher intricate contractual terms and conditions.
• Outstanding negotiating and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A meticulous approach that prioritizes precision and quality control.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, legal studies, business administration, or a similar discipline.

This job is mostly office-based and involves a lot of computer work. Candidates may be exposed to a range of weather conditions during fieldwork.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Take charge of the entire contract lifecycle, from inception to closeout, including agreement drafting, negotiation, and finalization.
• Writing Proposals: Craft strong responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Quotations (RFQs) that detail our services, costs, and value proposition.
• Review of Consultant Agreements: Carefully examine consultant agreements to make sure they are in line with project goals, legal requirements, and organizational standards.
• Vendor Relations: Build and preserve connections with suppliers, carry out evaluations of them, and assist in negotiating contracts.
• Monitoring Compliance: Verify that the terms of contracts, legal obligations, and company policies are being followed.
• Cooperation: To successfully negotiate contracts and address problems, collaborate extensively with members of the leadership, marketing, finance, and operations cross-functional teams.
