Candidates shall be eligible for the engagement as an apprentice, duly satisfying the minimum standards of physical fitness specified in Schedule-II of Apprenticeship Rules 1992 (as amended from time to time) and the medical certificate in the prescribed format to be produced at the time of document verification.
The medical certificates should be signed by a government-authorized doctor (Gaz.), not below the rank of Asst. Surgeon of a Central/State Government Hospital, in terms of the Railway Board’s letter no. E(MPP)/2009/6/14 dated 04.12.2018.
