You are responsible for spearheading the development and deployment of business and technology processes that have an impact by replacing manual workflows with automated workflows as a member of the information technology development team. In order to drive project success, a senior manager must oversee major projects, create processes, and maintain operational excellence while communicating with clients at a senior level. Using your technical expertise and specialized knowledge of industry-leading business trends, the firm’s client service offerings, and professional industry networks, you will also function as a strategic advisor, contributing to the firm’s business strategies and delivering high-quality results to clients.
As you advance as a strategic advisor, you use your network, experience, and influence to produce high-caliber outcomes. You inspire and mentor others, bringing them together to tackle challenging issues. You use good judgment as your level of autonomy rises, knowing when to escalate and when to act. It is expected of you to solve complex problems, pose intelligent queries, and explain how things fit together in an understandable manner. Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
- A high school diploma
- Six years of experience managing IT systems and their overall effects on business strategies and
- productivity in progressively more senior roles
- A bachelor’s degree in computer programming or applications is preferred.
- Data-driven methodologies and lean IT principles
- Automation and scripting languages
- Development of contemporary web applications
- Development of mobile applications
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Management of APIs
- Continuous deployment and integration
- Tools for Data Integration
- Create and deliver communications that are impactful, compelling, and tell a complete picture.
- Use systems thinking to find possibilities and/or underlying issues.
- Verify results with clients, discuss different viewpoints, and respond to their suggestions.
- Lead the group through complexity while maintaining poise in the face of difficult, unclear, and
- confusing circumstances.
- Expand and develop your knowledge while maintaining relevance.
- At all levels, start candid and open coaching discussions.
- Make tough choices and act to address problems impeding team performance.
- Model and uphold the firm’s code of conduct, independence criteria, and professional and technical
- Standards (e.g., consult specific PwC tax and audit recommendations).

In addition to the $91,000 to $321,500 salary range, candidates may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For positions located in Maryland, this is the range of salaries that are provided. The range’s actual pay will depend on the worker’s location, abilities, experience, and credentials as well as any applicable employment rules.
