Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria 

• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, data science, engineering, physics, or economics.
• Ten years of professional experience solving business or product challenges with analytics, statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) (or eight years of professional experience with a master’s degree).
• A master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, data science, engineering, physics, or economics.
• Twelve years of professional expertise in statistical analysis, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and applying analytics to product or business problems.
• Familiarity with a growth data science team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Use pertinent tools (such as SQL, R, and Python) to conduct analysis, and contribute strategically and proactively to analytical thought leadership (e.g., propose new analyses, infrastructure, or experiments to drive changes in the business).
• Oversee project outcomes by defining the problem, developing metrics, extracting and manipulating data, visualizing the results, developing and implementing analytical and statistical models, and presenting the results to stakeholders.
• By framing issues, formulating theories, and offering suggestions from a viewpoint that blends analytical and product-specific expertise, one can create solutions, lead, and manage issues.
• Develop suggestions and enhancements for processes, assist in establishing operational goals and objectives, and supervise the integration of cross-functional and cross-organizational project/process timeframes.
• Develop skills in your area of expertise and supervise others’ efforts.

Employee Benefits

This full-time position’s base pay in the US ranges from $183,000 to $271,000. Bonuses, equity, and benefits are also included. Role, level, and location all affect our pay ranges. Workplace location and other elements, such as experience, abilities, and pertinent education or training, determine an individual’s compensation within the range.
