The candidate must be a U.S. citizen (born or naturalized), operate on U.S. soil, not hold dual citizenship, and be able to pass the government and customer screening requirements for this position. Two of the following REAL ID Act documents will be used to verify citizenship because this position assists customers of the federal, state, and/or local governments in the United States. Global Entry Card, REAL Driver’s License, U.S. Government CAC/PIV, U.S. Passport, and Passport Card. Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

U.S. citizen without dual citizenship who was born or naturalized in the United States
A relevant technical degree is necessary.
Three or more years of expertise in the field of software development
thorough understanding of object-oriented programming and familiarity with at least one of the following languages: Java, Javascript, C++, C#, Ruby, and Python
Strong command of a minimum of one web framework and high-level programming language (NodeJS, Express, Hapi, etc.)
Shown proficiency with web technologies, including HTML5, XML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, and/or Ajax
Verified proficiency with relational database schema design, SQL, and PL/SQL techniques
Proficiency with Java, JUnit, JSUnit, and Selenium for automated testing, including unit and functional testing
Outstanding interpersonal abilities
Flexibility in the workplace: Three days a week or ten days a quarter, depending on the engineering team, should be spent working in person.

Role and Responsibilities:

Create, develop, implement, test, and deploy products that are highly scalable.
Learn our code base, culture, and development process, then make improvements.
Perform at your best under the hybrid engineering paradigm, which encourages engineers to design and finish the essential tasks to guarantee the caliber of both their own and other engineers’ code.
Teach others how to use development tools, technologies, and procedures.
Review other people’s designs and present your own to internal and external organizations.
To increase code coverage and automation metrics, create test strategies, construct automation frameworks, and perform unit and functional tests.
Take part in the team’s on-call rotation to maintain services operational and highly available while addressing complex issues in real time.
