Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria 

• Strong technical foundation
• A track record of successfully managing client relationships and providing personalized onboarding experiences
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, including the capacity to explain intricate technical concepts to audiences who are not technical
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to diagnose and resolve complicated problems
• Capacity to cooperate with cross-functional groups
• An comparable amount of experience in software, IT, or similar industries, or a bachelor’s degree in management information systems
• Preferably, you have prior sales enablement or related experience.
• Knowledge of sales enablement tools and CRM systems
• Coding is not necessary.
• It is necessary to travel to Norcross, GA for quarterly meetings.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Throughout the onboarding process, act as the primary point of contact for new clients, establishing a rapport and cultivating a good rapport.
• Builds a deep awareness of the requirements and problems of internal and external stakeholders.
• Work together with the technical, sales, and account management teams to comprehend customer demands and adjust the onboarding procedure appropriately.
• Describe the features, advantages, and implementation processes of the product during the first customer orientation sessions.
• Create and implement specialized onboarding plans according to the particular needs and objectives of each customer.
• Organize and supervise our products’ or services’ technical integration process, working with technical teams to resolve any issues.
• Assist clients in becoming proficient and confident users of our systems by giving them clear instructions, training, and assistance.
• During the onboarding phase, work with internal IT and customer care to fix technical difficulties in a timely and efficient manner to preserve client happiness.
• Keep thorough and current records of all client interactions, developments, and pertinent data in our CRM system.
• Keep abreast of market developments, best practices, and emerging features to offer clients proactive advice and recommendations.
