Job Description 

CCS Global Tech is Hiring a Business System Analyst in California, United States @ ccsglobaltech.com

Technical application assistance for Netsmart billing workflows, including but not limited to Netsmart MSO and Netsmart Cal-PM apps, will be provided by this consultant.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria 

• Cal-PM, MSO, and Netsmart myAvatar experience are necessary.
• Analyzing and building SQL queries at a moderate level is necessary.
• Strong communication abilities, both in writing and speaking, are necessary.
• Documenting experience Strongly preferred is prior experience with Netsmart RAD plus building.
• Crystal Reports is highly sought after.
• Strongly preferred is experience in generating workflow diagrams.
• Form modeling experience with Netsmart myAvatar RADplus is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Examine and evaluate user concerns and requests, then provide system-based fixes to satisfy operational requirements and procedures.
• Configure the system, record the build, write test scripts, unit test with recorded results, test for user acceptability, and train other team members.
• Make flowcharts.
• Organize system upgrades and updates, and verify and test the environments that have been updated.
