In Denver, we are looking for a qualified IT technician to join our team. The ideal applicant will be in charge of overseeing Office 365 (O365), telephony, Entra ID, and IT support. A proactive person with great technical knowledge and outstanding problem-solving abilities is needed for this position.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline.
• Expertise with Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Demonstrated expertise in Office 365 services, telecom management, and IT support.
• Knowledge of programs like N-able, ProofPoint, and SentinelOne.
• A solid understanding of security procedures and network infrastructure.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibit a concept of customer service that guarantees a high degree of client pleasure.
• The capacity to function both alone and together.
• It is advantageous to possess pertinent credentials, such as cybersecurity and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee telecom networks to guarantee smooth communication throughout the company.
• Ensure safe and effective access management by administering and maintaining Entra ID.
• Manage the deployment and upkeep of Office 365 (O365) services, such as cloud storage, email, and collaboration tools.
• Offer daily desktop assistance for Windows 10/11 systems, including network, software, and hardware problems.
• To offer assistance, make advantage of remote user support technologies.
• Keep an eye on and maintain network infrastructure to guarantee peak security and performance.
