To join our vibrant engineering team, we are looking for a Senior QE Engineer with extensive experience in Automation and Performance Testing. You will take the lead in creating, putting into practice, and maintaining reliable test automation frameworks and performance testing techniques in this position. To guarantee the delivery of software solutions that are high-quality, scalable, and performant, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QE engineers.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

Competence with automation tools like Protractor, Playwright, and WebDriverIO.
Practical knowledge of performance testing technologies such as Gatling, JMeter, or K6.
Excellent programming abilities in languages such as JavaScript and TypeScript
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration with technologies such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
Strong knowledge of QE procedures and Agile approaches.
Demonstrated capacity to work well with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot complicated problems.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline (or comparable experience).

Roles and Responsibilities

UI, API, and integration testing frameworks that are scalable and reusable are designed, developed, and maintained.
Using WebdriverIO, K6, or Gatling to write and run automated test scripts
Use tools such as JMeter, SpeedScale, or Gatling to develop and implement performance testing methodologies.
Examining the outcomes of performance tests and working with development teams to locate and fix bottlenecks.
Directing test efforts through task delegation, status updates, and sprint planning.
Working together with cross-functional teams to guarantee high-quality releases and match testing tactics with business objectives.
Promoting increases in the coverage of load, functional, and unit tests.
Employing tools like Jira or AWS DevOps to find, monitor, and fix software flaws.
