Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline, or comparable real-world experience.
More than five years of expertise in software development, with a particular emphasis on front-end development.
Demonstrated proficiency with TypeScript and React for creating intricate web applications.
strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary JavaScript (ES6+).
The capacity to adjust to preexisting patterns and familiarity with state management frameworks (such as Zustand, Redux, and MobX) are essential.
Demonstrated proficiency with component libraries, especially with systems like Customer React Spectrum.
Strong knowledge of responsive design concepts and expertise

Role and Responsibilities:

For projects visible to the CIO level, we are seeking a driven Frontend Engineer with a strong UI/UX emphasis to assist us in creating effective and intuitive user experiences for these vital internal tools.

Use React, TypeScript, and Customer React Spectrum to design, create, test, and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces and components.
To effectively transform requirements and comments into frontend solutions, work collaboratively with users, backend engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Even in the absence of thorough mockups, take charge of the user experience by implementing solutions, suggesting design enhancements, and following UI/UX best practices.
Use frameworks like Vitest to write reliable unit tests for your code, and help create and manage end-to-end testing procedures (e.g., using Cypress or Playwright).
Comprehend authentication flows such as OAuth and integrate frontend components with backend REST APIs.
Engage fully in all Agile/Scrum rituals, such as code reviews, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Participate in conversations about frontend architecture by defending design decisions and assisting in the implementation of scalable and maintainable solutions.
Use Git for version management while adhering to pull request and team branching procedures.
