Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
2+ years of experience as a software engineer in addition to what you learned in school, Deep understanding of Java as well as extensive expertise with object-oriented programming. Designing, creating, and running services in cloud-based settings is a plus. A strong desire to build technologies that will help coders become more productive. The capacity to communicate effectively, whether in person, on paper, or through code. In order to assist your job, you can explain technical ideas to other engineers.
Roles and Responsibilities
To distil internal and customer demands into requirements and technical specifications, collaborate with your team, other engineering teams, and members of the product organization. Close requirements gaps and develop new features with an eye beyond your team’s work, yet keeping in mind the Developer Experience business unit’s bigger goals and initiatives. Create new systems and APIs with scalability, testability, and maintainability in mind. For both internal and external customers, resolve technical difficulties and roadblocks. Through code review, automated testing, and coaching, instil strong engineering standards in the team.
