Job Description
Triax Technologies Hiring Embedded Software Engineer in East Hartford, Connecticut @ triaxtec.com – Triax is looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team and work on custom-built hardware, as well as improving and developing new products. Collaboration on requirements, defining specifications, implementing and testing firmware, and executing firmware release processes are all responsibilities. Develop, test, and debug software for a variety of platforms, including embedded devices. Participate in the creation of software and system architecture. To satisfy design criteria, create and implement software and firmware.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering. A minimum of three years of professional experience developing embedded firmware in the C programming language is required. Software development techniques and design patterns are well-understood. Embedded software integration experience with internet-based services. Reading and comprehending schematics, component datasheets, and other hardware documentation Working knowledge of logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, emulators, and other test instruments
Roles and Responsibilities
Enhancements, upgrades, and programming modifications to programes are designed and implemented. Based on broad objectives and understanding of the overall architecture of the product or solution, analyses the design and determines the coding, programming, and integration tasks that are necessary.
Identifies, debugs, and provides solutions for issues with code and integration into application architecture; writes and runs comprehensive test plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned section of programe.
Regarding software system design status, project progress, and issue resolution, collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners.
