Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

Experience: You have contributed significantly to the development and upkeep of large-scale
products and have experience with both front-end and back-end systems thinking. You are capable of having a high-level perspective on end-to-end systems that involve numerous products, third
party services, etc. You have to come up with ideas and solutions fast, and you know how to determine what can be shipped right away and what needs more time.
Our staff works remotely, and we are a fast-growing startup. You need to be aware of when and how to participate in or lead collaboration. You have to be skilled at motivating, engaging, and compromising with dissenting designers, marketers, and project managers.
Tech stack: Java, Go, Python, TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and (must have)

Role and Responsibilities:

Construct, manage, and document the functionality of intricate end-to-end systems.
Engage in active participation in product decisions and roadmap refinement.
Collaborate with the Platform team to ensure that our products have a common architecture and user experience.

Depending on experience, the base pay range in the US for this full-time role is $140,000 to $200,000 plus bonus and equity.
