We at SoCal TMS are searching for people who are trustworthy, caring, and ready to truly impact other people’s lives. We have openings for TMS Technicians to join our clinical team at all of our sites in the Los Angeles area.

For those with treatment-resistant depression, the FDA has approved TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) as a therapy. You will be actively involved in providing this care as a TMS Technician, acting as a dependable and encouraging presence for patients over their course of treatment.

The role of a Transportation Management System (TMS) Consultant includes overseeing and taking part in the development, deployment, and maintenance of SAP TM solutions for customers. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities are necessary for this position, in addition to knowledge of logistics and transportation. Additionally, TMS Functional Consultants could be involved in user training and making sure the system is set up for effective logistics.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

A bachelor’s degree (recommended) or equivalent experience in a mental health or healthcare context
Strong communication skills and a composed, professional demeanor
Meticulousness and adherence to clinical protocols
A team-first mentality and a sincere interest in patient care
Staff education on TMS procedures: Educating new hires on patient care, equipment operation, and TMS protocols.
Organizing training sessions: Providing instruction to both internal employees and external customers.
Creating instructional resources:
establishing and maintaining resources and training materials for the treatment of TMS.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prior TMS experience is not necessary because we offer thorough training and continuing assistance.

TMS therapy administration: Technicians are in charge of assembling the TMS apparatus, making sure the coils are positioned correctly, and providing the recommended stimulation.
Patient monitoring: Staff members keep an eye out for any negative responses or discomfort during treatment sessions and notify the supervising provider of any issues.
Working along with the medical staff:
collaborating closely with nurses, psychiatrists, and other clinical team members to guarantee smooth patient care.
Notifying patients of updates:
delivering daily updates on safety observations, patient progress, and any issues pertaining to compliance.
To guarantee the patient’s comfort and treatment accuracy, every facet of therapy sessions is monitored.
Answer the patient’s inquiries and provide information on the TMS technique and any side effects. ensuring that the patient has a safe, comfortable, and compassionate treatment experience.
