Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria 

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, systems, or related fields
• Three years or more of experience testing robotics or complicated hardware/software systems
• C, PLC, Python, Linux, Matlab, ROS, and V-model framework proficiency
• Working knowledge of Atlassian Confluence/JIRA/JSM, Jama, TestRail, Bitbucket, and Microsoft SharePoint
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities in complex electromechanical or robotic systems and equipment
• Proficiency in developing scripts and creating automated testing systems
• Proficiency with hardware fault testing and reliability testing

Role and Responsibilities:

• Make use of the V-model framework to provide thorough testing and requirement traceability.
• Create test plans that specify test cases, test assets, and lab space availability in accordance with requirements traceability.
• Keep detailed records of all test settings, techniques, and environments.
• DFMEA, DOE, test results, etc. to assist technical evaluations based on quantitative data
• Examine test results, create thorough test reports, record any flaws or problems, and carry out root cause analysis.
• While debugging and troubleshooting HW/SW subsystems and component levels, bring up the robot platform at the system level.
• Create automated tools and scripts and enhance automated test infrastructure for system-level and subsystem test coverage.
• Create proof-of-concept builds and functional demonstrations for stakeholders as you prototype and test new hardware and software technologies.
