Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

Strong command on the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
While not necessary, prior experience with Workfront or other project management software.

Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities for team coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities

To guarantee prompt sign-offs and adherence to corporate standards, coordinate marketing approvals by communicating with internal departments and potentially external partners.
Keep partner documentation, contracts, and marketing materials in orderly file systems for safe and convenient access.
Support contract management and keep documents current to help manage partner relationships.
Prepare and arrange the necessary project documents, work with the appropriate teams during audit procedures, and offer audit support.
To develop reports, presentations, and project monitoring spreadsheets, use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
As required, assist the team with project coordination and ad hoc administrative duties.
