Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
2+ years of software development experience with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree. Working using Agile software development concepts and best practices has shown to be beneficial. 2+ years of hands-on C++ or Java expertise is required. Demonstrated expertise creating Linux-based apps. Understanding of video conferencing protocols (H.323, SIP, RTP, SDP, and others), as well as architectures, trends, and upcoming technologies Debugging abilities are exceptional.
Roles and Responsibilities
New features in Poly’s Media Relay Server must be defined, designed, implemented, tested, and supported. Solve difficult challenges with scalable, high-performance video conferencing systems. Customers’ needs are met, and product concerns are resolved.
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace. Emphasize test automation with clear, reusable design and code. At both a personal and a team level, focus on continual growth and learning.
