In this role as HR Specialist, you will support our Global HR Delivery division. We collaborate to attract, retain, develop, and promote our personnel globally. In order to guarantee that the employee has a positive experience throughout their career, each team member makes a substantial contribution. You will be instrumental in improving the day-to-day HR function and supporting the implementation of key HR strategies as an employee advocate and change agent at Norstella.
The HR Specialist is primarily responsible for the day-to-day HR functions that support and provide services to employees, such as leave, onboarding, and offboarding, among other things.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
  • Four years or more of related experience is required, with HR experience being preferred.
  • Familiarity with local HR procedures and labor legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to forge connections across cultural boundaries.
  • Dependable, accommodating, and able to adjust to changing Norstella demands and projects
    the capacity to operate both individually and cooperatively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
  • Committed to maintaining Norstella’s emphasis on customer service and high standards of quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizing abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Assisting with the administration of numerous HR initiatives, such as onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, reporting requirements, learning and development, and general employee inquiries, will be your responsibility.
  • You will assist the HR staff with routine HR duties.
  • You will be able to assist with a number of projects throughout the HR Centers of Excellence.
  • You will keep up with employee files and make sure that all modifications are properly recorded.
  • You will be the main point of contact for inquiries and assignments pertaining to HR.
  • All HR programs and policies will be implemented, communicated, and maintained with your help.
