We have a fantastic chance to work as a Senior Recruiter supporting Design and User Experience (UX) Research at Microsoft’s Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) division. In order to recruit and hire top-tier creative talent, you will work closely with recruiting managers throughout our Design Studios in this position. Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

A bachelor’s degree as well as 6+ years of HR experience, industry experience relevant to the position, or equivalent experience in talent acquisition (e.g., sourcing, recruiting).
Three or more years of experience in UX design, UX research, or similar hiring positions, preferably in the tech sector
Three or more years of full-cycle hiring for creative positions including motion, interaction design, graphic design, and UX research Extra or preferred qualifications
Either a bachelor’s degree plus twelve or more years of experience in talent acquisition (such as sourcing, recruiting, or HR), or a master’s degree plus eight or more years of experience in HR, industry, or role-related activities, or equivalent experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with professionals in Design and UX Research to comprehend hiring requirements and create customized recruitment tactics.
Oversee the hiring process for a range of design positions, such as UX research, motion, graphic design, and interaction design.
Using proactive sourcing and engagement, create and manage a pipeline of diverse applicants.
Provide a high-touch hiring process that embodies Microsoft’s principles and image.
To guarantee smooth hiring procedures, cooperate with cross-functional teams such as HR, compensation, and business partners.
Utilize information and insights to guide choices, monitor development, and enhance hiring results over time.
works with their stakeholder community to optimize personnel policies, methods, and procedures.
