Join a top-performing, elite talent acquisition team at the forefront of research and development in North America—the client! You will work in a cooperative team setting with the larger HR staff at Client’s, where we offer excellent visibility across several business divisions.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer who will be in charge of collaborating closely with our technical teams to create a robust pipeline of candidates for a wide range of positions at different levels in AI, machine learning, computer vision, data science, and robotics. Among the duties are finding and vetting applicants as well as serving as a consultant to hiring managers and recruiters during the hiring process.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

Five or more years of experience sourcing in a company that uses advanced technology.
A bachelor’s degree or a comparable level of education, training, and experience is preferred.
Track record of locating possible applicants on professional networks and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, and GitHub).
Proficiency in identifying PhD candidates who possess expertise in publication and patent sourcing.
Proficiency in creating and distributing recruitment emails.
Expertise in working with hiring managers to ascertain the qualifications needed for a position.
Experience in technological leadership sourcing for Director-level roles, namely in the fields of AI, GenAI, ML, CV, etc.

Role and Responsibilities:

Create proactive and effective sourcing plans that use multi-channel methods and searches.
Establish and cultivate a robust network of prospective applicants who are actively involved in the market and possess a thorough understanding of the business through study.
Collaborate closely with hiring teams to efficiently find and screen target candidates while establishing clear expectations and having a solid grasp of the larger business requirements.
In order to draw in top personnel, we use a variety of advertising strategies to promote our employer brand.
Calculate conversion rates, such as the proportion of passive applicants who apply, are invited for interviews, receive offers, and are employed.
Show consideration for diversity and use sourcing strategies that appeal to a range of demographics.
Keep track of business and market intelligence about the business unit and function. alignment, collaborate with recruiting managers to increase general comprehension of job criteria.
