Job Description
Insight Global Hiring Recruiter in Bentonville, Arkansas @ insightglobal.com – The International Organization of a leading global retailer in Northwest Arkansas is searching for a Lead Backend Java Developer. This person will join one of the scrum teams to assist lead and collaborate with the product owners to understand and deliver needs. They’ll be working on product roadmaps to better understand project timelines and create a technical roadmap. This applicant should be familiar with Agile and Scrum methods, as well as possess excellent communication skills.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
Java 8 and 11, Hibernate, Spring, Any cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS)- engaged in setting out CICD pipelines. 6+ years of experience in a backend focused lead role. More junior developers have benefited from his mentoring and guidance. Has both architectural and design experience. Can establish coding guidelines
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and give on-site presentations to customers, describing features and advantages, building complicated software and hardware solutions, and designing goods and services to suit particular client business goals and objectives. To fulfil sales objectives and business instructions, develop, manage, and implement sales processes and procedures with assigned account management teams. Engineer the necessary solutions, such as a bill of materials, scope of work, and labor estimate. Collaborate with the Field Engineering team to determine project deliverables, design, difficulties, and timeframes.
