You’ll be in charge of leading candidates through our recruiting process and introducing them to the wonders of Google. Because you are both creative and motivated, you are able to form long-term relationships with both applicants and hiring managers. You’re also good with statistics and can use analytics to make our hiring process more intelligent and efficient.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria 

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or corporate context and a bachelor’s degree or comparable practical experience. 3+ years of experience in an agency or corporate context recruiting for technical and/or non-technical positions. Using expertise in competing for top tech talent, close executive level prospects and negotiate salary offers. As an individual contributor, you should have experience solving issues and making a meaningful effect. Ability to improve client relationship management, consultative abilities, and collaborate in a team setting. Excellent communication abilities, as well as the ability to take charge and form fruitful connections.

Roles and Responsibilities 

Recruit and hire elite people, and meet hiring targets on a quarterly basis. Provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for every applicant from the application stage to the offer stage, including assessing talent levels, expanding the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, pay suggestions, and candidate closure. Employee recommendations, networking, internal databases, contact lists, and research are all good ways to find active and passive candidates. By leveraging and working with top management and other organizations as needed, initiate offers to close applicants. To guarantee preparation throughout the interview process, communicate efficiently with the interview team. Information should be shared and exchanged with people at all levels.
