Eliassen Group Hiring Software Quality Assurance Engineer in Arizona, United States @ eliassen.com A fantastic opportunity for a software quality assurance engineer has been offered by our customer. The primary duty of this manual testing role will include e-commerce storefront and checkout testing. W2 and corp-to-corp consultants can be facilitated by us. Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
- Experience with eCommerce
- Experience in web testing (primarily web)
- Knowledge of TestRail
- Three years of expertise creating and executing automated tests as well as manual tests.
- Working with test management tools for three years
- understanding of the principles of responsive web design
- familiarity with Atlassian collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
- Experience testing and validating regular releases in an Agile work environment
- Proficiency in crafting user story acceptance criteria
- competent in performing manual software testing, including but not restricted to scenario, context, exploratory, and experience-based testing
- competent in creating reports, monitoring defects, creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts, as well as analyzing business requirements and system specifications.
- familiarity with enterprise platforms for e-Commerce initiatives (SalesForce, Commerce Cloud) preferred
- It is advantageous to have prior experience creating or managing a suite of automated functional tests that support code releases.
- Knowledge of warehouse, CMS, and enterprise order management systems (OMS) is advantageous.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Need to execute both automated and human web application testing.
- Create and manage test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Verify regular releases and maintain standards of quality.
- Create and evaluate user story acceptability criteria.
- Track and report flaws using test management technologies.
- Provide automated functional tests to support code releases.
- Work on enterprise platforms and eCommerce initiatives.
