Job Description
ECCO Select Hiring Quality Assurance Analyst in Arizona, United States @ eccoselect.com – Planning, carrying out, and finishing projects along the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are all tasks performed by the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in our application.
This person possesses exceptional abilities in creating use case scenarios and scripts for testing online software and any other platforms being used. Assuring that the best quality products are delivered to clients and strategic partners, the senior quality assurance analyst works well with product managers, software developers, architects, and the company’s leadership.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
Person must be able to carry out each necessary task to a high standard in order to succeed in this position. The knowledge, skills, and/or talents are reflected in the prerequisites stated below.
Information technology bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
Ten or more years of formal SDLC lifecycle experience, SQL, XML, or basic programming expertise and skills testing experience. Ten or more years of expertise in software testing and business process design.
Outstanding proficiency in producing requirements, functional design, and test requirement specification documents, which are deliverables of the SDLC.
Roles and Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and delivering excellent telephone service to our credit and debit card users. Blocking or placing security holds on accounts, establishing lost/stolen statuses on debit and credit accounts, and transmitting fraud and dispute information to the relevant parties are some of the duties performed to protect financial loss. Bringing fraud claims to life and offering information on current fraud and dispute claims. To handle fraud and dispute concerns, we work with a variety of departments. Documenting fraud warnings, creating case files, and escalating fraud alerts to relevant organizations are all tasks that must be completed.
