Roles and Responsibilities

Several Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent
Management and benefits were configured and put into use.
Gathered and analyzed HR functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, then converted them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations that worked.
Help with requirements collection, solution design, data migration, system testing, and go-live procedures for complete Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Conducted gap studies to find discrepancies between Oracle HCM Cloud best practices and existing HR procedures, then suggested optimum fixes.
To provide appropriate access control and process automation, I helped build up security roles, approval workflows, and HCM Extracts.
To verify setups and guarantee the quality of the solutions, I carried out Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and assisted User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
provided post-implementation assistance, fixing functional problems in all Oracle HCM modules.
