To oversee scheduling initiatives for all of our behavioral health programs, we are looking for an ABA Scheduler with experience and initiative. By handling daily scheduling requirements, settling disputes, and developing long-term scheduling solutions for both clients and employees, this person will be crucial in promoting effective operations. An effective communicator, a team-focused leader, and someone who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic work environment are all characteristics of a successful candidate.

In order to successfully match newly hired employees with clients, the scheduler will collaborate closely with parents, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, Supervisors, trainers, and the recruitment/onboarding team. Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the capacity to streamline procedures while delivering excellent customer service to internal teams and client families are necessary for this position.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

Two years or more of scheduling experience, ideally in the healthcare, ABA, or autistic services sectors.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities; good manners on the phone and in emails
Kind, personable, and at ease conversing with parents and employees directly
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities; able to handle conflicting demands and reroute several employees at once
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities under duress
competence with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Extremely well-organized, trustworthy, and meticulous Speaking Spanish fluently would be advantageous.
Reliability, professionalism, teamwork, initiative, problem-solving, and customer service focus are essential qualities.
A high school degree or its equivalent is necessary.
Dependable internet connection, workstation, and computer (needed)
Willingness to develop, learn, and support a culture that values teamwork
Prior experience hiring in a healthcare setting or with an ABA/mental health agency is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

Need to lead daily scheduling activities, including making real-time adjustments for staff changes, cancellations, and client needs.
Interact with parents, technicians, clinical supervisors, and internal departments in a professional and efficient manner.
To improve operations, take the initiative to find and apply new scheduling techniques or technologies. Work along with the onboarding and recruitment departments to schedule new personnel for future client meetings.
Act as a point of contact for clients, BCBAs, supervisors, and employees to arrange training schedules, overlaps, and ongoing caseloads.
Provide prompt, polite notice of revised schedules and reroutes to employees and their families.
Monitor and control technician and client availability to make sure it matches service requirements.
Manage last-minute adjustments and offer prompt fixes with the least amount of service interruption possible.
When necessary, help with operational initiatives or staff interviews.
