To assist with staffing initiatives for locations around the country, Auto-Chlor System is looking for a National Recruiter. In addition to supporting the company’s hiring objectives, this function entails locating and luring both active and passive applicants to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

7–10 years of sourcing and recruitment expertise, ideally with light industrial, service, and sales personnel.
The capacity to inform candidates and hiring managers and communicate professionally.
Experience communicating with managers and prioritizing several job postings.
Sense of urgency and the capacity to work on one’s own to achieve objectives.
Resilient, imaginative, and receptive to trying out novel concepts and tactics.
Demonstrated time management, organizing, and multitasking abilities.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with executives to comprehend company objectives and ambitions, then develop strategic plans to hire people across the country.
Find, draw in, evaluate, and qualify applicants to submit to recruiting managers for possible positions.
To evaluate experience, cultural fit, and alignment with company values, conduct high-level applicant screenings and interviews.
Organize the company’s leadership talent program by creating a nationwide network of competent applicants.
As candidates progress through each round of our interview process, stay in touch with them.
Maintain the company’s hiring procedures while giving candidates a first-rate experience.
Oversee the pipeline of both active and passive candidates for upcoming and existing positions.
Encourage external partners to promote the company’s brand in order to draw in top personnel.
