Job Description
Apple Hiring Technical Specialist in Chandler, Arizona @ apple.com – As a Technical Specialist, you’ll assist new owners in getting up and running, as well as current owners in getting rapid, efficient assistance, all while building strong, positive connections with Apple. You immediately analyze a customer’s condition when they require aid. You occasionally assist clients with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices by providing advise or a solution on the spot, based on your understanding of current Apple technology. Other times, you send clients to members of the support staff, who get them back up and running. You even provide personal instruction to new customers, assisting them in learning the fundamental skills required to begin working on picture, video, and music projects.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
A bachelor’s degree or comparable job experience in computer science or a related subject is required. 1 to 2 years of technical support expertise with services is essential.
You have great time management abilities and the ability to make rapid judgments. While diagnosing and resolving difficulties, you keep your cool and focus on the consumer. Roles and Responsibilities
After patch maintenance, responsible for validating supported apps. Provide production assistance for the bank’s application family and services. Within the supported application family, assist small and big projects. To assist people in resolving technical difficulties, walk them through the processes. Issues with applications and services are troubleshooted and resolved, including root cause investigation. Keep track of your system’s health, files, and notifications. Collaborate with suppliers on off-the-shelf solutions and Service Now and Jira may be used to manage tickets and work items.
